On-Farm Services
It is part of Agri-King Area Managers’ duties to play an active role in servicing their clients. Area Managers take samples of your homegrown feedstuffs and send the samples to Agri-King’s Analab for complete analysis, using actual values, not average values. Once a personalised ration is developed, they take time to explain ration changes, discuss herd health, and advise clients.
Supporting our Area Managers are our world renowned state-of-the-art laboratory and its experienced lab technicians. Our European and American based nutritionists and personnel are available for consultation via our toll free phone number. We work together to increase your profits and reduce your problems! Dry Cow and Pre-Fresh
High production and great reproduction begins with proper nutrition and fortification in the dry period. Whether you have a separate pre-fresh group or use a one group system, Agri-King can help you get the results you want. Monthly testing coupled with our innovative approach to balancing dry and pre-fresh rations assures Agri-King can help prevent and/or solve your herd problems.
Getting your cows off to a good start will determine the success of the whole lactation!
Do You Know What Herd Health Problems Are Costing You?
About €230 or £210 Per Problem!
according to Cornell University Veterinary School.
“It has been conservatively estimated that every problem, such as acidosis, milk fever, displaced abomasum, ketosis, retained placenta or uterine infections, could cost a dairy producer €230 or £210 per cow per problem during lactation in veterinary costs and lost production! These problems are directly related to nutrition.”
70 - 80% of veterinary costs are incurred 1-3 weeks post calving

Organic
Organic farming philosophy puts a premium on healthy animals. The basis of Agri-King’s philosophy revolves around animal health and nutrition to better enable animals to naturally resist health problems. Along with our line of organic products, Agri-King uses our expertise to balance rations to the same exacting standards we use in our non-organic rations.
Agri-King realises organic dairies have been consistently growing over the past few years. To meet the demand for organic friendly products, we have redesigned our Key Dairy Programme products to meet the requirements of most organic certifiers.
